Even though Clickfunnels could possibly be the most well-known revenue funnel software ever, you often hear people speaking about earning a lot of money as a Clickfunnels affiliate. But can you? Derek Clickfunnels
The answer is absolutely. However, not everyone will.
Everything depends the way you go about promoting it, and on what your skillset is.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Promotion Approaches
In this article, I’ll lay out a few of the fundamental ways people promote Clickfunnels as an affiliate. I have tried several ways , also will share what works best for me.
Let’s lay out a few of the most common methods.
Please note, this is not each the methods. However, being a member of many Clickfunnels Facebook groups, these are the ways I most commonly see cited.
- Facebook Advertising
- Google Adwords
- Bing Ads
- Email Marketing
- Share Funnels
- Solo Advertising
Below, we’ll discuss each method slightly more in depth. Hopefully this might help you choose which method best contrasts with you.
Among the most common ways of promoting Clickfunnels within an affiliate, would be to use Facebook Ads. Matter of fact, Clickfunnels instructs you to do so in their Affiliate Bootcamp. Derek Clickfunnels
Now, is that this way successful?
For me personally it wasn’t. I found that because this is taught in the bootcamp, it is somewhat saturated. Imagine thousands of people, all running the same advertisement, for the identical product.
Basically, that is what it is. Now, some people today offer you a complimentary lead magnet, to get an email address; and in the follow up try and find the client to choose the free + transport publication offer.
This turns out to be a much more effective strategy, if you are wanting to go the Facebook advertisement route.
Next, is just another paid traffic origin; Google Adwords.
Now, a lot of individuals have made a ton of cash as a Clickfunnels affiliate, with Adwords. The most popular and well-known Clickfunnels affiliate, is Spencer Mecham.
That is with good reason, seeing as he’s broken 1 million bucks as an affiliate.
The down side to Google Adwords, is how aggressive it is. Especially since the launch of Spencer’s course Affiliate Secrets 2.0.
Due to the popularity of his course, many people have dove headfirst to the Adwords method, driving the cost of one Clickfunnels trial through the roof.
I have seen people paying upwards of $400 for a single click! Not a demo; a click.
Not sure about you, but that’s a bit too rich for my blood.
Because of Adwords being high, some individuals have turned to advertising on Bing.
Although Bing isn’t as popular as Google, keep in mind it’s still accountable for approximately 33 percent of all web traffic.
Lately if you’ve got an Android phone, you might have noticed after clicking a link on your email, the URL opens into Bing rather than Google.
As a result of this, I would anticipate Bing traffic to rise. Therefore, it may be a great opportunity for Bing Ads. In reality, I am aware of a few men and women that are extremely successful with them.
This technique could work in conjunction with paid traffic, or as a stand alone entity.
First off, you need to have an email list constructed first. You would like the listing to be constructed with a viewer interested in making money online (also known as the MMO market ).
Another audience that may do nicely as a Clickfunnels Affiliate, is if you have business contacts on your list. Especially those in a market such as Health or Real Estate.
From that point you’d want to market Clickfunnels in your email followups. Instead that’s by providing a ton of free price, or a lead magnet. Or, even a talk funnel, which we’ll discuss next.
Because it is stated that it takes someone around 7 times of seeing something on average, until they buy; the goal here is to keep showing them the worth of Clickfunnels.
The end result will be that a certain proportion of people will wind up taking the free trial of Clickfunnels. Once they do, offer them guidance, or free tools etc to assist them along. Derek Clickfunnels
The end goal is obviously you need them to become a paying subscriber, where you’d create a recurring commission for every month that they stay.
This is a really effective method for accessing Clickfunnels trials. The downside to it, is you have to be a Clickfunnels manhood, and be decent at creating a funnel.
What you may do, is drive visitors to a landing page, in which you literally give these away funnels for free.
The goal here, is for people to not be Clickfunnels members already, so they will have to sign up with your link, then import the funnel into their dashboard.
Not only does this job, it had been the very first strategy that actually worked on me a year or so ago. This is a win-win ordinarily.
The new subscriber instantly has a funnel, which can potentially allow them to start collecting trials immediately. Also at the exact same time, it lands the Clickfunnels consumer who supplied the funnel, new trials. From there, you’d send some helpful followup emails, with guidance on how to land the traffic, and how to turn them into paying members.
Most likely, you will also be getting emails from the funnel builder. Because just as if you’re trying to convert trials with your funnel, they are trying to convert you.
It’s not quite as easy as it sounds. Since in order for this to work, you need to have traffic naturally. This may be done by either paid visitors, email advertising or SEO; which we’ll speak about now.
For all those of you that do not know, SEO is my bread and butter. Sureit takes longer to begin making progress. But, it requires little to no cash to get started.
The purpose of SEO, would be to compose high quality and helpful posts (like this one), that will rank in the search engines of Google, Bing, Yahoo etc..
Once it takes some time to rank, once it does a good post can bring in traffic for many years to come; using minimal maintenance.
This was my favorite method when starting out, because I did not want to sink a lot of money into paid traffic. The con about paid visitors, is that although it’s possible to get traffic fast, you need to constantly keep sinking money into advertisements, or the traffic stops.
You do not need to think about this with SEO.
Though I haven’t made a million bucks using Clickfunnels as an affiliate, all of my earnings are profit.
Here’s a screenshot of my dashboard in the time of this writing.
I started getting Clickfunnels traffic around April of this past year. So, about 9 months ago.
As you can see, I’ve earned in Clickfunnels Affiliate commissions.
The fantastic thing about SEO, is how it starts to chemical once your site(s) start to rank.
If you are considering how I personally learned SEO, you can check out the course I took here. Derek Clickfunnels
Last on my list, is solo advertisements.
Solo ads is among the most popular approaches to creating an email list.
You most likely won’t receive any trials, possibly a wander 1 or two from conducting a solo ad. But, you should get a decent number of optins for your list.
From there, you would use the email marketing strategy, to attempt to convert your new listing subscribers to Clickfunnels trials. With powerful email marketing, this may be a great way to earn commissions in the long term.
The good news about solo advertisements, is that they are a list where you will permanently own.
You don’t own Google traffic. Or, Facebook traffic.
You do own your email list.
If Facebook closed down tomorrow, I know a lot of people , who would be SOL.
Another incentive to solo ads, is that as soon as you build your record, you can promote many different affiliate offers. It is not solely for Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels has its Clickfunnels Affiliate training, known as the Affiliate Bootcamp. You can register here at no cost. The motto behind this, is instructing you”How to Retire in 100 Days As a Clickfunnels Affiliate”. Though I find that somewhat extreme, it is extremely enlightening, and can be quite helpful if you decide to undergo it. In order to do each the coaching, you will at least have to have the 14 day trial of Clickfunnels, which can be found here.
If after two weeks of trialing, you don’t feel like paying it, Clickfunnels is easy to cancel. I have done it in the past.
It is done through the dashboard, so there’s absolutely no need to need to talk to anyone about it, if you decide it is not for you.
So, as you can see – it can be very profitable as a Clickfunnels affiliate. Like anything, there are various people who fail. However, in the event that you simply do it, and tweak things as you go, you will be prosperous. Derek Clickfunnels
My advice for you would be to pick one method which resonates with you, and learn it. I see a lot of people who remain stuck, because they divide their attention in a lot of directions.
This does not help you scale. It holds you back.
