Can You Make Money As a Clickfunnels Affiliate? For Leadership Confessions
While Clickfunnels may be the most popular sales funnel software ever, you often hear people talking about earning plenty of money as a Clickfunnels affiliate. But can you? For Leadership Confessions
Well, the answer is absolutely. But, not everybody will.
It all depends on what your skillset is, and how you go about promoting it.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Promotion Methods
In this guide, I’ll lay out some of the basic ways people promote Clickfunnels as an affiliate. I have tried a few ways , and will share what works best for me.
First, let us lay out some of the most frequent promotional procedures.
Please note, this isn’t all of the methods. But, being a part of many Clickfunnels Facebook groups, these are the methods I most commonly see cited.
- Facebook Ads
- Google Adwords
- Bing Ads
- Email Marketing
- Share Funnels
- Solo Advertising
Below, we will discuss each method a bit more in depth. Hopefully this might help you decide which method best resonates with you.
One of the most common methods of boosting Clickfunnels as an affiliate, would be to use Facebook Ads. Matter of fact, Clickfunnels instructs you to do this in their Affiliate Bootcamp.
Now, is this way successful?
For me it was not . I found that since this is educated in the bootcamp, it is somewhat saturated. Imagine tens of thousands of people, all running the same ad, for the same product.
Essentially, that’s what it is. Now, some people provide a free lead magnet, to get an email address; and at the follow up try and find the customer to take the free + shipping publication offer.
This proves to be a far more effective approach, if you are wanting to go the Facebook advertisement route.
Up next, is just another paid traffic source; Google Adwords.
Now, lots of people have made a ton of cash as a Clickfunnels affiliate, using Adwords. The most popular and well known Clickfunnels affiliate, is Spencer Mecham.
This is with good reason, seeing as he’s broken 1 million dollars as an affiliate. For Leadership Confessions
The down side to Google Adwords, is how aggressive it is. Especially since the launch of Spencer’s class Affiliate Secrets 2.0.
Due to the popularity of the course, many individuals have dove headfirst into the Adwords method, driving the price of one Clickfunnels trial through the roof.
I’ve seen people paying upwards of $400 for a single click! Not a trial; a click.
Not sure about you, but that is a bit too rich for my blood.
For the reason of Adwords being large, some folks have turned to advertising on Bing.
Though Bing isn’t as popular as Google, keep in mind it is still accountable for approximately 33 percent of all net traffic.
Recently if you have an Android phone, you might have noticed when clicking a link in your email, the URL opens in Bing rather than Google.
As a result of the, I’d expect Bing traffic to rise. So, it may be a great chance for Bing Ads. In reality , I know of a few men and women who are very successful with them.
This technique could work collectively with traffic that’s paid, or as a stand alone thing.
First off, you need to have an email list constructed first. You want the list to be constructed with an audience interested in making money online (also known as the MMO market ).
Another audience that may do well as a Clickfunnels Affiliate, is if you have business contacts on your list. Especially those in a marketplace such as Health or Real Estate.
From there you’d want to market Clickfunnels on your email followups. Rather that’s by giving a great deal of free value, or a lead magnet. Or, even a talk funnel, which we’ll discuss next.
Because it’s said that it takes someone around 7 times of viewing something on average, before they buy; the aim here is to keep showing them the value of Clickfunnels.
The final result will be that a certain percentage of individuals may end up taking the free trial of Clickfunnels. Once they do, provide them advice, or free tools to assist them along.
The end goal is obviously you want them to become a paying subscriber, in which you’d create a recurring commission for each month they stay. For Leadership Confessions
This is a very effective method for getting Clickfunnels trials. The downside to it, is that you’ve got to be a Clickfunnels manhood, and be adequate in building a funnel.
What you will do, is push traffic to a landing page, where you really give away these funnels free of cost.
The purpose here, is for people not to be Clickfunnels members , so they will have to join with your link, then import the funnel into their dashboard.
Not only does this work, it was the first strategy that actually worked a year or so ago. This is a win-win in many cases.
The new subscriber instantly includes a funnel, which has the capacity to let them start collecting trials instantly. Also at the same time, it lands the Clickfunnels user who provided the funnel, new trials.
From there, you would send some useful followup emails, with advice on how to land the traffic , and how to turn them into paying members.
Most likely, you will also be getting mails in the funnel builder. Because just as if you’re trying to convert trials and your funnel, they are trying to convert you.
It’s not as easy as it sounds. Because in order for this to be effective, you have to get traffic of course. This could be done by either paid traffic, email marketing or SEO; that we will talk about today.
For those of you that do not know , SEO is my bread and butter.
Sure, it takes longer to start making progress. However, , it involves little to no money to begin.
The purpose of SEO, is to write high quality and valuable articles (such as this one), that will rank in the search engines of Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.. .
While it takes some time to rank, once it does a good article can bring in visitors for decades to come; with nominal upkeep.
This was my favorite method when beginning, because I didn’t want to sink a lot of money into paid traffic.
The con about paid visitors, is that although it is possible to get traffic quick, you have to constantly keep sinking money into ads, or the traffic stops.
You don’t have to be worried about this with SEO.
Although I have not made a million bucks with Clickfunnels as an affiliate, all of my earnings are gain.
Here is a screenshot of my dash at the time of this writing.
I started getting Clickfunnels traffic around April of past year. So, about 9 months ago.
As you can see, I’ve earned almost 15k in Clickfunnels Affiliate commissions.
The good thing about SEO, is the manner that it begins to chemical once your website (s) start to rank.
If you’re curious about how I learned SEO, you can have a look in the course I took here.
Last on my list, is solo ads.
Solo ads is one of the most popular strategies into building an email list.
You most likely won’t get any trials, maybe a stray 1 or 2 out of running a solo ad. Nonetheless, you should find a decent amount of optins to your list.
From that point, you’d utilize the email advertising method, to endeavor to convert your new list subscribers into Clickfunnels trials. For Leadership Confessions
With powerful email advertising , this can be a good way to earn commissions in the long run.
The fantastic news about solo ads, is they are a list in which you will forever own.
You don’t own Google traffic. Or, Facebook traffic.
You do have your email list.
If Facebook shut down tomorrow, I know a lot of people , who would be SOL.
Another and to solo ads, is that after you build your list, you can promote many different affiliate supplies. It’s not solely for Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels has its own Clickfunnels Affiliate training, called the Affiliate Bootcamp.
You may enroll here for free.
The motto behind this, is teaching you”How to Retire in 100 Days As a Clickfunnels Affiliate”.
Though I find that a bit extreme, it’s quite informative, and may be very helpful if you decide to go through it.
To be able to perform all the training, you may at least have to have the 14 day trial of Clickfunnels, which are available here.
If after 2 weeks of trialing, you don’t feel like paying for it, Clickfunnels is simple to cancel. I have done it in the past.
It’s done through the dashboard, so there is no need to have to talk to anyone about it, should you decide it is not for you.
So, as you can see – it could be quite profitable as a Clickfunnels affiliate.
Like with anything, you will find many people who fail. However, if you simply do it, and tweak things as you go, you will be successful.
My advice to you is to select one method that resonates with you, and master it. I see that a lot of people who stay stuck, because they divide their attention in a lot of directions.
This doesn’t help you scale. It holds you back.
