Well, the answer is absolutely. But, not everyone will.
It all depends on what your skillset is, and how you go about promoting it.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Promotion Methods
In this article, I will lay out some of the basic ways people promote Clickfunnels as an affiliate. I have tried a couple of ways myself, and will share what works best for me.
First, let’s lay out some of the most popular promotional procedures.
Please note, this is not all of the methods. However, being a part of several Clickfunnels Facebook groups, these are the methods I most commonly see cited.
- Facebook Ads
- Google Adwords
- Bing Ads
- Email Marketing
- Share Funnels
- Solo Advertising
Below, we’ll examine each method a small more in depth. Hopefully this might help you decide which method best resonates with you.
One of the most common methods of boosting Clickfunnels as an affiliate, would be to use Facebook Advertising. Matter of fact, Clickfunnels teaches you to do this in their Affiliate Bootcamp.
Now, is this way effective ?
For me it was not. I found that because this is educated from the bootcamp, it is somewhat saturated. Imagine thousands of people, all running the same ad, for the identical product.
Essentially, that is what it is. Now, some individuals offer a free lead magnet, to get an email address; and in the follow up try and find the customer to select the free + shipping publication offer.
This proves to be a much more effective strategy, if you are wanting to go the Facebook ad route.
Up next, is just another paid traffic source; Google Adwords.
Now, lots of individuals have made a ton of cash as a Clickfunnels affiliate, using Adwords. The most popular and well known Clickfunnels affiliate, is Spencer Mecham.
The down side to Google Adwords, is how competitive it is. Especially since the release of Spencer’s course Affiliate Secrets 2.0.
Because of the popularity of his course, a lot of individuals have dove headfirst into the Adwords method, forcing the price of one Clickfunnels trial through the roof.
I Have seen people paying upwards of $400 for a single click! Not a trial; a click.
Not sure about you, but that is a bit too rich for my blood.
For why of Adwords being large, some folks have turned to advertising on Bing.
Though Bing isn’t as popular as Google, maintain in mind it is still accountable for around 33 percent of all net traffic.
Lately if you have an Android phone, you may have noticed when clicking a link in your email, the URL opens in Bing rather than Google.
Since of the, I’d expect Bing traffic to increase. So, it may be a excellent opportunity for Bing Ads. In reality , I know of a few people who are very effective with them.
This method could work collectively with paid visitors , or as a stand alone thing.
First off, you need to have an email list built first. You want the list to be constructed with an audience interested in making money online (also known as the MMO market ).
Another audience that may do well as a Clickfunnels Affiliate, is if you have business contacts on your listing. Especially people in a niche such as Health or Real Estate.
From there you’d want to market Clickfunnels on your email followups. Rather that is by giving a great deal of free value, or a guide magnet. Or, even a talk funnel, which we’ll discuss next.
Since it is said that it takes someone around 7 times of seeing something on average, before they purchase ; the goal here would be to keep showing them the value of Clickfunnels.
The final result is that a certain proportion of individuals will end up taking the free trial of Clickfunnels. Once they do, offer them information , or free tools to help them along.
This is a really powerful method for getting Clickfunnels trials. The downside to it, is that you’ve got to already be a Clickfunnels penis , and be adequate in building a funnel.
What you will do, is push traffic to a landing page, where you literally give away these funnels at no cost.
The goal here, would be for people to not be Clickfunnels members , so they will have to join with your link , then import the funnel in their dashboard.
Not only does this job, it was the first strategy that really worked on me a year or so ago. This is a win-win ordinarily.
The new subscriber instantly includes a funnel, which has the capacity to allow them to start collecting trials immediately. Also at the exact same time, it lands the Clickfunnels user who supplied the funnel, new trials.
From that point, you would send some helpful followup emails, with advice on how to property the traffic , and how to turn them into paying members.
Most likely, you will also be getting mails in the funnel builder. Because just as though you’re trying to convert trials with your funnel, they’re attempting to convert you.
It’s not as simple as it sounds. Because in order for this to work, you have to have traffic of course. This can be accomplished by paid traffic, email marketing or SEO; that we will talk about now.
For those of you that don’t understand, SEO is my bread and butter.
Sure, it takes more time to begin making progress. However, it involves little to no cash to get started.
The purpose behind SEO, is to write high quality and helpful articles (such as this one), that will rank in the search engines of Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.. .
Once it requires a while to rank, once it does a fantastic article can bring in visitors for decades to come; using nominal maintenance .
This was my favorite method when beginning, since I didn’t want to sink lots of cash into paid traffic.
The con about paid visitors , is that though you may get traffic quickly , you have to constantly keep sinking money into ads, or the traffic stops.
You do not need to be worried about this with SEO.
Although I have not made a million bucks with Clickfunnels as an affiliate, all of my earnings are profit .
Here’s a screenshot of my dash at the time of this writing.
I started getting Clickfunnels traffic around April of past year. So, about 9 months ago.
As you can see, I have earned nearly 15k in Clickfunnels Affiliate commissions.
The fantastic thing about SEO, is the manner that it begins to compound once your site (s) start to rank.
If you’re interested in how I heard SEO, you can take a look in the class I took here.
Last on my list, is solo ads.
Solo ads is one of the most popular strategies into creating an email list.
You probably won’t receive any trials, maybe a stray 1 or 2 from running a solo ad. Nonetheless, you should find a decent amount of optins to your list.
With powerful email marketing , this can be a excellent method to earn commissions in the long term.
The fantastic news about solo ads, is they’re a list where you will forever own.
You do not own Google traffic. Or, Facebook traffic.
You do have your email list.
If Facebook shut down tomorrow, I know a lot of people personally, who would be SOL.
Another incentive to solo ads, is that after you build your list, you can promote many different affiliate offers. It is not solely for Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels has its own Clickfunnels Affiliate training, called the Affiliate Bootcamp.
You can enroll here for free.
The motto behind this, is teaching you”How to Retire in 100 Days As a Clickfunnels Affiliate”.
Though I find that a bit extreme, it’s quite informative, and may be very helpful if you choose to undergo it.
In order to do all of of the training, you may at least have to have the 14 day trial of Clickfunnels, which are available here.
If after 2 weeks of trialing, you don’t feel like paying for it, Clickfunnels is easy to cancel. I’ve done it previously.
It’s done through the dashboard, so there’s no need to have to talk to anyone about it, should you pick it is not for you.
So, as you can see – it could be very rewarding as a Clickfunnels affiliate.
Like with anything, you will find many men and women who fail. But if you just do it , and tweak things as you go, you may be successful.
My advice to you would be to select one method which resonates with you, and master it. I see that a lot of people who stay stuck, since they divide their attention in too many directions.
This does not help you scale. It holds you back.
