Can You Make Money As a Clickfunnels Affiliate? Leads To Noun
While Clickfunnels may be the most popular sales funnel software ever, you often hear people talking about earning plenty of money as a Clickfunnels affiliate. But can you? Leads To Noun
Well, the answer is absolutely. However, not everyone will.
It all depends on what your skillset is, and how you go about promoting it.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Promotion Methods
In this manual , I will lay out some of the basic ways people promote Clickfunnels as an affiliate. I’ve tried a few ways myself, and will share what works best for me.
First, let us lay out some of the most common promotional procedures.
Please note, this is not all the methods. However, being a part of many Clickfunnels Facebook groups, these are the methods I most commonly see cited.
- Facebook Ads
- Google Adwords
- Bing Ads
- Email Marketing
- Share Funnels
- Solo Marketing
Below, we will discuss each method a small more in depth. Hopefully this can help you choose which method best resonates with you.
One of the most common procedures of boosting Clickfunnels as an affiliate, is to use Facebook Advertising. Matter of fact, Clickfunnels educates you to do this in their Affiliate Bootcamp.
Now, is this way effective?
For me it was not . I found that because this is educated from the bootcamp, it is somewhat saturated. Imagine thousands of people, all running the same ad, for the identical product.
Essentially, that is what it is. Now, some people today provide a complimentary lead magnet, to get an email address; and in the follow up try and get the customer to select the free + shipping publication offer.
This ends up for a much more effective approach, if you’re wanting to go the Facebook advertisement route.
Up next, is another paid traffic source; Google Adwords.
Now, many individuals have made a ton of cash as a Clickfunnels affiliate, using Adwords. The most popular and recognized Clickfunnels affiliate, is Spencer Mecham.
This is with good reason, seeing as he has broken 1 million dollars as an affiliate. Leads To Noun
The down side to Google Adwords, is how competitive it is. Especially since the release of Spencer’s course Affiliate Secrets 2.0.
Due to the popularity of the course, a lot of individuals have dove headfirst into the Adwords method, driving the cost of one Clickfunnels trial through the roof.
I’ve seen people paying upwards of $400 for a single click! Not a trial; a click.
Not sure about you, but that is a bit too rich for my blood.
Since of Adwords being high, some folks have turned to advertising on Bing.
Though Bing isn’t as popular as Google, bear in mind it is still accountable for approximately 33 percent of all web traffic.
Recently for those who have an Android phone, you may have noticed when clicking a link in your email, the URL opens in Bing instead of Google.
As a consequence of this, I’d expect Bing visitors into increase. So, it may be a excellent opportunity for Bing Ads. In reality , I know of a few men and women who are extremely effective with them.
This technique could work together with paid traffic, or as a stand alone thing .
First off, you need to have an email list constructed first. You need the listing to be constructed with an audience interested in making money online (also referred to as the MMO market ).
Another audience that may do well as a Clickfunnels Affiliate, is if you have business contacts in your list. Especially people in a market such as Health or Real Estate.
From there you’d want to market Clickfunnels on your email followups. Rather that is by providing a great deal of free value, or a direct magnet. Or, even a talk funnel, which we’ll discuss next.
Since it is said that it takes someone around 7 times of seeing something on average, before they purchase; the aim here would be to keep showing them the value of Clickfunnels.
The end result will be a certain percentage of individuals will wind up taking the free trial of Clickfunnels. Once they do, provide them information , or free tools to help them along.
The end goal is obviously you want them to become a paying subscriber, where you’d make a recurring commission for every month they stay. Leads To Noun
This is a very effective method for getting Clickfunnels trials. The downside to it, is that you’ve got to already be a Clickfunnels member, and be decent at building a funnel.
What you will do, is drive visitors into a landing page, in which you really give these funnels at no cost.
The purpose here, would be for people to not be Clickfunnels members currently , so they’ll have to join with your link , then import the funnel in their dash.
Not only does this job, it was the first strategy that actually worked a year or so ago. This is a win-win ordinarily.
The new subscriber instantly has a funnel, which can possibly allow them to start collecting trials immediately. Also at the same time, it lands the Clickfunnels user that supplied the funnel, new trials.
From that point, you’d send some useful followup emails, with advice on the best way best to property the traffic, and how to turn them into paying members.
Most likely, you will also be getting mails in the funnel builder. Because just as if you’re trying to convert trials with your funnel, they’re trying to convert you.
It’s not as easy as it seems. Because in order for this to work, you have to have traffic of course. This can be accomplished by paid traffic, email marketing or SEO; which we will talk about now.
For those of you that do not understand, SEO is my bread and butter.
Sure, it requires more to start making progress. However, it involves little to no money to start .
The purpose of SEO, is to write high quality and beneficial articles (such as this one), that will rank in the search engines of Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.. .
Once it requires some time to rank, once it does a fantastic article can bring in traffic for years to come; using minimal maintenance.
This was my favorite method when starting out, since I did not want to sink a lot of cash into paid traffic.
The con about paid visitors , is that though it is likely to get traffic fast , you need to constantly keep sinking money into ads, or the traffic stops.
You don’t need to worry about this with SEO.
Although I have not made a million bucks with Clickfunnels as an affiliate, all of my earnings are profit.
Here is a screenshot of my dashboard in the time of this writing.
I started getting Clickfunnels traffic around April of last year. So, about 9 months ago.
As you can see, I’ve earned almost 15k in Clickfunnels Affiliate commissions.
The good thing about SEO, is the way that it begins to chemical once your site(s) start to rank.
If you’re interested in how I heard SEO, you can have a look in the course I took here.
Last on my list, is solo ads.
Solo ads is one of the most popular strategies into creating an email list.
You likely won’t get any trials, possibly a stray 1 or 2 out of conducting a solo ad. But, you should get a decent amount of optins to your list.
From that point, you would utilize the email advertising method, to endeavor to convert your new list readers into Clickfunnels trials. Leads To Noun
With powerful email marketing , this can be a great way to earn commissions in the long run.
The good news about solo ads, is which they’re a list where you will forever own.
You do not own Google traffic. Or, Facebook traffic.
You do own your email list.
If Facebook shut down tomorrow, I know a lot of people , who would be SOL.
Another and to solo ads, is that after you build your list, you can promote many different affiliate supplies. It’s not solely for Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels has its own Clickfunnels Affiliate training, called the Affiliate Bootcamp.
you may enroll here for free.
The motto behind this, is teaching you”How to Retire in 100 Days As a Clickfunnels Affiliate”.
Though I find that a bit extreme, it is very informative, and can be very helpful if you decide to go through it.
To be able to perform all of the training, you’ll at least need to have the 14 day trial of Clickfunnels, which are available here.
If after 2 weeks of trialing, you do not feel like paying for it, Clickfunnels is easy to cancel. I’ve done it myself in the past.
It’s done via the dashboard, so there’s no need to have to speak to anybody about it, should you decide it’s not for you.
So, as you can see – it could be quite rewarding as a Clickfunnels affiliate.
Like with anything, there are many people who fail. But if you just do it, and tweak things as you go, you will be successful.
My advice for you would be to select one method which resonates with you, and master it. I see a good deal of people who remain stuck, since they divide their attention in too many directions.
This doesn’t help you scale. It holds you back.
