Can You Make Money As a Clickfunnels Affiliate? Leads Z
While Clickfunnels may be the most popular sales funnel software ever, you often hear people talking about earning plenty of money as a Clickfunnels affiliate. But can you? Leads Z
Well, the answer is absolutely. However, not everybody will.
It all depends on what your skillset is, and how you go about promoting it.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Promotion Methods
In this manual , I will lay out some of the basic ways people promote Clickfunnels as an affiliate. I’ve tried a couple of ways myself, and will share what works best for me.
First, let us lay out a few of the most common promotional methods.
Please notethis isn’t all the methods. However, being a part of several Clickfunnels Facebook groups, these are the methods I most commonly see cited.
- Facebook Ads
- Google Adwords
- Bing Ads
- Email Marketing
- Share Funnels
- Solo Advertising
Below, we shall examine each method a bit more in depth. Hopefully this might help you choose which method best resonates with you.
Among the most common procedures of promoting Clickfunnels as an affiliate, is to use Facebook Ads. Matter of fact, Clickfunnels educates you to do this in their Affiliate Bootcamp.
Now, is this manner effective ?
For me it wasn’t . I found that since this is taught from the bootcamp, it is somewhat saturated. Imagine thousands of people, all running the same ad, for the identical product.
Essentially, that’s what it is. Now, some people today provide a complimentary lead magnet, to obtain an email address; and at the follow up attempt and find the customer to choose the free + shipping book offer.
This turns out to be a much more effective strategy, if you are wanting to go the Facebook advertisement route.
Up next, is another paid traffic source; Google Adwords.
Now, lots of individuals have made a ton of cash as a Clickfunnels affiliate, using Adwords. The most popular and well known Clickfunnels affiliate, is Spencer Mecham.
This is with good reason, seeing as he’s broken 1 million bucks as an affiliate. Leads Z
The down side to Google Adwords, is how aggressive it is. Especially since the release of Spencer’s class Affiliate Secrets 2.0.
Due to the popularity of the course, a lot of people have dove headfirst into the Adwords method, driving the price of one Clickfunnels trial through the roof.
I’ve seen people paying upwards of $400 for a single click! Not a trial; a click.
Not sure about you, but that is a little too rich for my blood.
For the reason of Adwords being large , some people have turned to advertising on Bing.
Though Bing isn’t as popular as Google, keep in mind it’s still responsible for approximately 33% of all net traffic.
Lately if you have an Android phone, you may have noticed when clicking a link in your email, the URL opens in Bing instead of Google.
As a result of this, I’d expect Bing visitors to increase . So, it may be a great chance for Bing Ads. In reality , I know of a few people who are very effective with them.
This technique could work collectively with traffic that is paid, or as a stand alone entity.
First off, you need to have an email list constructed first. You need the list to be constructed with an audience interested in making money online (also known as the MMO market ).
Another audience that may do well as a Clickfunnels Affiliate, is if you have business contacts on your list. Especially those in a marketplace such as Health or Real Estate.
From that point you’d want to market Clickfunnels on your email followups. Rather that’s by providing a ton of free value, or a direct magnet. Or, even a talk funnel, which we shall discuss next.
Since it’s said that it takes someone around 7 times of watching something on average, before they purchase; the goal here would be to keep showing them the value of Clickfunnels.
The end result is a certain percentage of people may wind up taking the free trial of Clickfunnels. Once they do, provide them guidance, or free tools etc to help them along.
The end goal is obviously you need them to become a paying subscriber, in which you would create a recurring commission for every month they stay . Leads Z
This is a really effective method of getting Clickfunnels trials. The downside to it, is that you’ve got to already be a Clickfunnels member, and be adequate at building a funnel.
What you will do, is drive traffic into a landing page, where you literally give away these funnels at no cost.
The goal here, would be for people not to be Clickfunnels associates , so they’ll have to sign up with your link , then import the funnel into their dash.
Not only does this work, it was the first strategy that actually worked on me a year or so ago. This is a win-win ordinarily.
The new subscriber instantly has a funnel, which can possibly allow them to start collecting trials instantly. Also at the same time, it lands the Clickfunnels user who provided the funnel, new trials.
From there, you’d send some useful followup emails, with advice on the best way best to property the traffic, and how to turn them into paying members.
Most likely, you may also be receiving emails in the funnel builder. Because just as though you’re trying to convert trials with your funnel, they’re attempting to convert you.
It is not as easy as it sounds. Because in order for this to work, you have to get traffic of course. This can be done by paid traffic, email marketing or SEO; that we’ll talk about now.
For those of you that don’t know, SEO is my bread and butter.
Sure, it takes longer to start making progress. However, it involves little to no money to start .
The purpose behind SEO, is to write high quality and valuable articles (such as this one), that will rank in the search engines of Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.. .
Once it requires some time to rank, once it does a fantastic article can bring in visitors for decades to come; using minimal upkeep.
This was my favorite method when beginning, because I didn’t want to sink lots of cash into paid traffic.
The con about paid traffic, is that though you can get traffic quickly , you need to constantly keep sinking money into ads, or the traffic stops.
You do not need to be worried about this with SEO.
Although I have not made a million bucks with Clickfunnels as an affiliate, all of my earnings are gain .
Here’s a screenshot of my dash at the time of this writing.
I started getting Clickfunnels traffic around April of last year. So, about 9 months ago.
As you can see, I’ve earned almost 15k in Clickfunnels Affiliate commissions.
The good thing about SEO, is the way that it starts to chemical once your website (s) start to rank.
If you are interested in how I learned SEO, you can check out the class I took here.
Last on my list, is solo advertisements.
Solo ads is one of the most popular strategies to creating an email list.
You probably will not receive any trials, maybe a stray 1 or 2 from running a solo ad. Nonetheless, you should find a decent amount of optins to your listing.
From that point, you would use the email advertising method, to attempt to convert your new list readers into Clickfunnels trials. Leads Z
With powerful email marketing, this can be a great method to earn commissions in the long run.
The fantastic news about solo ads, is which they’re a list in which you will forever own.
You don’t own Google traffic. Or, Facebook traffic.
You do have your email list.
If Facebook shut down tomorrow, I know a lot of people , who would be SOL.
Another plus to solo ads, is that after you build your list, you can promote many different affiliate offers. It’s not solely for Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels has its own Clickfunnels Affiliate training, called the Affiliate Bootcamp.
You may enroll here for free.
The motto behind this, is teaching you”How to Retire in 100 Days As a Clickfunnels Affiliate”.
Though I find that a bit extreme, it is very informative, and can be very helpful if you choose to go through it.
To be able to perform all of of the training, you may at least have to have the 14 day trial of Clickfunnels, which are available here.
If after 2 weeks of trialing, you don’t feel like paying for it, Clickfunnels is easy to cancel. I’ve done it previously.
It’s done via the dashboard, so there is no need to have to talk to anybody about it, if you pick it is not for you.
So, as you can see – it can be very rewarding as a Clickfunnels affiliate.
Like anything, there are a range of individuals who fail. But if you simply do it, and tweak things as you proceed, you will be successful.
My advice to you is to select one method which resonates with you, and master it. I see a lot of people who remain stuck, because they divide their attention in too many directions.
This does not help you climb. It holds you back.
