Well, the answer is absolutely. However, not everyone will.
It all depends on what your skillset is, and how you go about promoting it.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Promotion Methods
In this article, I Will lay out some of the basic ways people promote Clickfunnels as an affiliate. I’ve tried a couple of ways , and will share what works best for me.
First, let us lay out some of the most popular promotional methods.
Please note, this isn’t all of the methods. But, being a part of many Clickfunnels Facebook groups, these are the methods I most commonly see cited .
- Facebook Ads
- Google Adwords
- Bing Ads
- Email Marketing
- Share Funnels
- Solo Ads
Below, we will examine each method a bit more in depth. Hopefully this can help you choose which method best resonates with you.
One of the most common procedures of boosting Clickfunnels as an affiliate, is to use Facebook Advertising . Matter of fact, Clickfunnels instructs one to do this in their Affiliate Bootcamp.
Now, is this way effective?
For me it wasn’t. I discovered that because this is taught from the bootcamp, it is somewhat saturated. Imagine tens of thousands of people, all running the same ad, for the same product.
Essentially, that’s what it is. Now, some people today offer a free lead magnet, to get an email address; and in the follow up try and get the customer to choose the free + shipping book offer.
This turns out to be a much more effective strategy, if you are wanting to go the Facebook ad route.
Up next, is another paid traffic source; Google Adwords.
Now, many people have made a ton of cash as a Clickfunnels affiliate, using Adwords. The hottest and recognized Clickfunnels affiliate, is Spencer Mecham.
This is with good reason, seeing as he has broken 1 million bucks as an affiliate. Page Loading Slowly
The down side to Google Adwords, is the way competitive it is. Especially since the launching of Spencer’s course Affiliate Secrets 2.0.
Because of the popularity of the course, a lot of individuals have dove headfirst into the Adwords method, driving the price of one Clickfunnels trial through the roof.
I have seen people paying upwards of $400 for a single click! Not a trial; a click.
Not sure about you, but that is a little too rich for my blood.
Because of Adwords being large, some folks have turned to advertising on Bing.
Though Bing isn’t as popular as Google, maintain in mind it’s still responsible for approximately 33 percent of all internet traffic.
Lately if you have an Android phone, you may have noticed when clicking a link in your email, the URL opens in Bing instead of Google.
Because of this, I would expect Bing traffic into increase . So, it may be a excellent opportunity for Bing Ads. In actuality, I know of a few people who are very successful together.
This method could work in conjunction with paid traffic, or as a stand alone thing.
First off, you have to have an email list constructed first. You want the list to be constructed having an audience interested in making money online (also referred to as the MMO market ).
Another audience that may do well as a Clickfunnels Affiliate, is if you have business contacts in your list. Especially people in a market such as Health or Real Estate.
From there you’d want to market Clickfunnels in your email followups. Rather that’s by giving a ton of free value, or a direct magnet. Or, even a talk funnel, which we’ll discuss next.
Since it’s said that it takes someone around 7 times of watching something on average, before they buy; the goal here would be to keep showing them the value of Clickfunnels.
The end result is a certain proportion of individuals will end up taking the free trial of Clickfunnels. Once they do, offer them guidance, or free tools etc to assist them along.
The end goal is obviously you need them to become a paying subscriber, where you would make a recurring commission for each month they stay. Page Loading Slowly
This is a really powerful method for getting Clickfunnels trials. The downside to it, is that you’ve got to already be a Clickfunnels penis , and be adequate at building a funnel.
What you will do, is drive visitors to a landing page, where you actually give these funnels for free.
The goal here, would be for people not to be Clickfunnels members , so they’ll have to sign up with your connection , then import the funnel to their dash.
Not only does this work, it was the first strategy that actually worked on me a year or so ago. This is a win-win ordinarily.
The new subscriber instantly has a funnel, which has the capacity to let them start collecting trials immediately. Also at the same time, it lands the Clickfunnels user that supplied the funnel, new trials.
From there, you would send some helpful followup emails, with advice on the best way to land the traffic , and how to turn them into paying members.
Most likely, you will also be getting mails in the funnel builder. Because just as if you’re trying to convert trials with your funnel, they’re attempting to convert you.
It is not as simple as it sounds. Because in order for this to work, you need to have traffic naturally. This can be done by paid traffic, email marketing or SEO; that we’ll talk about today.
For those of you that do not know , SEO is my bread and butter.
Sure, it requires more to start making progress. But, it involves little to no cash to begin .
The goal behind SEO, is to write high quality and beneficial articles (like this one), that will rank in the search engines of Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.. .
While it requires some time to rank, once it does a fantastic article can bring in visitors for a long time to come; using minimal upkeep.
This was my preferred method when beginning, because I didn’t want to sink a lot of money into paid traffic.
The con about paid visitors, is that though it’s likely to get traffic quick, you need to constantly keep sinking money into ads, or the traffic stops.
You don’t have to worry about this with SEO.
Though I have not made a million dollars with Clickfunnels as an affiliate, all of my earnings are gain .
Here is a screenshot of my dash at the time of this writing.
I started getting Clickfunnels traffic around April of last year. So, about 9 weeks ago.
As you can see, I’ve earned almost 15k in Clickfunnels Affiliate commissions.
The great thing about SEO, is how it begins to chemical once your site (s) begin to rank.
If you are curious about how I personally learned SEO, you can take a look at the class I took here.
Last on my list, is solo advertisements.
Solo ads is one of the most popular approaches into building an email list.
You probably will not receive any trials, possibly a stray 1 or 2 out of running a solo ad. But, you should find a decent amount of optins to your listing.
From there, you’d utilize the email advertising method, to endeavor to convert your new list readers to Clickfunnels trials. Page Loading Slowly
With powerful email advertising , this can be a excellent way to earn commissions in the long run.
The fantastic news about solo ads, is they’re a list where you will forever own.
You don’t own Google traffic. Or, Facebook traffic.
You do own your email list.
If Facebook shut down tomorrow, I know a whole lot of people , who’d be SOL.
Another incentive to solo ads, is that once you build your list, you can promote many different affiliate supplies. It’s not solely for Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels has its own Clickfunnels Affiliate training, called the Affiliate Bootcamp.
You can register here at no cost.
The motto behind this, is instructing you”How to Retire in 100 Days As a Clickfunnels Affiliate”.
Though I find that a bit extreme, it’s very informative, and may be very helpful if you decide to go through it.
In order to do all the training, you will at least need to have the 14 day trial of Clickfunnels, which can be found here.
If after 2 weeks of trialing, you don’t feel like paying for it, Clickfunnels is easy to cancel. I have done it myself in the past.
It’s done via the dashboard, so there’s absolutely no need to have to speak to anybody about it, if you decide it is not for you.
So, as you can see – it can be very rewarding as a Clickfunnels affiliate.
Like with anything, there are a number of people who fail. However, if you simply do it, and tweak things as you go, you may be successful.
My advice for you is to select one method which resonates with you, and master it. I see a lot of individuals who remain stuck, because they divide their attention in too many directions.
This doesn’t help you climb. It holds you back.
