Even though Clickfunnels may be the most popular revenue funnel software ever, you often hear people speaking about earning a great deal of money as a Clickfunnels affiliate. But can you? Preview Clickfunnels
The answer is absolutely. But, not everyone will.
Everything depends on what your skillset is, and how you go about promoting it.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Promotion Approaches
In the following article, I will lay out a few of the fundamental ways individuals advertise Clickfunnels as an affiliate. I will discuss what works best for me personally, and have tried a few ways myself.
To begin with, let’s lay out a few of the methods that are most common.
Please note, this is not the methods all. But, being a member of many Clickfunnels Facebook groups, these are the methods I most commonly see mentioned.
- Facebook Ads
- Google Adwords
- Bing Advertising
- Email Marketing
- Share Funnels
- Solo Advertising
Below, we’ll discuss each method slightly more in depth. Hopefully this can help you decide which method best resonates with you.
One of the most common ways of boosting Clickfunnels as an affiliate, is to use Facebook Ads. Matter of fact, Clickfunnels instructs you to perform so in their Affiliate Bootcamp. Preview Clickfunnels
Now, is this manner effective?
For me it wasn’t. I found that because this is taught in the bootcamp, it is somewhat saturated. Imagine tens of thousands of people, all running the exact same ad, for the same item.
Basically, that is exactly what it is. Now, some people today offer you a free lead magnet, to get an email address; and at the follow up attempt and find the client to choose the free + shipping book offer.
This turns out to be a much more effective approach, if you’re wanting to go the Facebook advertisement route.
Up next, is just another paid visitors origin; Google Adwords.
Now, many people have made a whole lot of money as a Clickfunnels affiliate, with Adwords. The most popular and well-known Clickfunnels affiliate, is Spencer Mecham.
That is with good reason, seeing as he has broken 1 million bucks as an affiliate.
The down side to Google Adwords, is how aggressive it is. Especially since the release of Spencer’s class Affiliate Secrets 2.0.
Because of the popularity of the course, a lot of individuals have dove headfirst into the Adwords procedure, driving the cost of one Clickfunnels trial throughout the roof.
I’ve seen folks paying upwards of $400 for a click! Not a trial; a click.
Unsure about you, but that is just a bit too rich for my blood.
Because of Adwords being high, some people have turned to advertisements on Bing.
Though Bing isn’t quite as popular as Google, bear in mind it’s still accountable for around 33 percent of all internet traffic.
Recently if you’ve got an Android phone, you might have noticed when clicking a link on your email, the URL opens into Bing rather than Google.
Because of this, I’d anticipate Bing visitors to increase. Therefore, it could be a great opportunity for Bing Ads. In fact, I know of a couple people that are very successful with them.
This method could work in conjunction with traffic that is paid, or as a stand alone thing.
First off, you have to have an email list built first. You want the list to be constructed with a viewer interested in making money online (also known as the MMO niche).
Another viewer that may do well as a Clickfunnels Affiliate, is if you’ve got business contacts in your list. Especially people in a niche such as Health or Real Estate.
From there you’d want to promote Clickfunnels in your email followups. Rather that is by providing a great deal of free price, or a direct magnet. Or, even a share funnel, which we will discuss next.
Since it is stated that it takes someone around 7 times of seeing something average, until they purchase; the goal here would be to keep showing them the value of Clickfunnels.
The final result will be that a certain proportion of people may end up taking the free trial of Clickfunnels. Once they do, provide them guidance, or free tools etc to assist them along. Preview Clickfunnels
The end aim is obviously you need them to become a paying subscriber, in which you would make a recurring commission for every month that they remain.
This is a really effective way of accessing Clickfunnels trials. The downside to it, is you have to be a Clickfunnels member, and be adequate at building a funnel.
What you will do, is drive visitors to a landing page, in which you literally give away these funnels at no cost.
The purpose here, is for people not to be Clickfunnels members already, so they’ll have to sign up with your link, then import the funnel into their dashboard.
Does this work, it was the very first strategy that actually worked on me a year or so ago. This really is a win-win in most cases.
The new subscriber instantly includes a funnel, which can potentially allow them to begin collecting trials immediately. Also at the same time, it lands the Clickfunnels user that provided the funnel, fresh trials. From there, you would send some helpful followup emails, with advice on how best to land the visitors, and how to turn them into paying members.
Most likely, you’ll also be receiving emails out of your funnel builder. Because just like you are trying to convert trials with your funnel, they’re trying to convert you.
It’s not as easy as it sounds. Since in order for this to be effective, you have to have traffic of course. This can be done by paid visitors, email advertising or SEO; that we will speak about today.
For all those of you that do not know, SEO is my bread and butter. Sure, it takes more time to begin making progress. However, it requires little to no money to get started.
The goal behind SEO, would be to write high quality and beneficial articles (such as this one), which will rank in the search engines of Google, Bing, Yahoo etc..
While it takes some time to rank, once it does a fantastic article can bring in visitors for many years to come; with minimal upkeep.
This is my preferred method when starting out, because I didn’t need to sink a lot of money into paid traffic. The con about paid visitors, is that although you can get traffic fast, you need to constantly keep sinking money into advertisements, or the traffic stops.
You do not have to worry about this with SEO.
Although I haven’t made a million bucks using Clickfunnels as an affiliate, all my earnings are profit.
Here’s a screenshot of my dash at the time of this writing.
I began getting Clickfunnels traffic about April of last year. So, about 9 months ago.
As you can see, I have earned nearly 15k in Clickfunnels Affiliate commissions.
The good thing about SEO, is how it starts to chemical once your site(s) start to rank.

Last on my list, is solo ads.
Solo ads is one of the most well-known strategies to building an email list.
You most likely won’t receive any trials, maybe a wander 1 or 2 from conducting a solo ad. But, you ought to find a nice number of optins for your listing.
From that point, you’d use the email marketing strategy, to attempt to convert your new list subscribers to Clickfunnels trials. With effective email advertising, this may be a terrific way to earn commissions in the long run.
The fantastic news about solo advertisements, is they are a list in which you will forever own.
You don’t possess Google traffic. Or, Facebook traffic.
You do possess your email listing.
If Facebook closed down tomorrow, I know a lot of people personally, who’d be SOL.
Another incentive to solo ads, is that once you build your list, you can market many different affiliate supplies. It is not for Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels has its own Clickfunnels Affiliate training, known as the Affiliate Bootcamp. You may register here for free. The motto for this, is teaching you”How to Retire in 100 Days As a Clickfunnels Affiliate”. Although I find that somewhat extreme, it is very enlightening, and can be quite beneficial if you decide to undergo it. In order to perform each of the coaching, you may at least have to have the 14 day trial of Clickfunnels, which are available here.
If after 2 weeks of trialing, you don’t feel like paying it, Clickfunnels is simple to cancel. I have done it myself in the past.
It’s done through the dashboard, so there’s absolutely no need to have to talk to anyone about it, if you decide it’s not for you.
So, as you can see – it can be very profitable as a Clickfunnels affiliate. Like anything, there are many men and women who fail. However, in the event that you simply do it, and tweak things as you go, you’ll be prosperous. Preview Clickfunnels
My advice to you is to select one strategy which contrasts with you, and master it. I see a good deal of people who stay stuck, because they split their attention in a lot of directions.
This does not help you climb. It holds you back.
