Can You Make Money As a Clickfunnels Affiliate? Solo Ad Mastery
While Clickfunnels may be the most popular sales funnel software ever, you often hear people talking about earning a lot of money as a Clickfunnels affiliate. But can you? Solo Ad Mastery
Well, the answer is absolutely. However, not everybody will.
It all depends on what your skillset is, and how you go about promoting it.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Promotion Methods
In this article, I’ll lay out some of the basic ways people promote Clickfunnels as an affiliate. I’ve tried a couple of ways , and will share what works best for me.
First, let us lay out a few of the most popular promotional methods.
Please note, this isn’t all of the methods. However, being a part of many Clickfunnels Facebook groups, these are the methods that I most commonly see cited .
- Facebook Ads
- Google Adwords
- Bing Ads
- Email Marketing
- Share Funnels
- Solo Ads
Below, we will examine each method a bit more in depth. Hopefully this might help you choose which method best resonates with you.
One of the most common methods of promoting Clickfunnels as an affiliate, would be to use Facebook Advertising . Matter of fact, Clickfunnels teaches you to do this in their Affiliate Bootcamp.
Now, is this way effective?
For me it was not . I discovered that since this is taught from the bootcamp, it’s somewhat saturated. Imagine tens of thousands of people, all running the same ad, for the identical product.
Essentially, that is what it is. Now, some people now offer a free lead magnet, to obtain an email address; and in the follow up try and get the customer to select the free + shipping book offer.
This proves for a much more effective strategy, if you are wanting to go the Facebook advertisement route.
Up next, is another paid traffic source; Google Adwords.
Now, lots of people have made a ton of money as a Clickfunnels affiliate, using Adwords. The hottest and recognized Clickfunnels affiliate, is Spencer Mecham.
This is with good reason, seeing as he is broken 1 million bucks as an affiliate. Solo Ad Mastery
The down side to Google Adwords, is how aggressive it is. Especially since the launch of Spencer’s course Affiliate Secrets 2.0.
Due to the popularity of the course, a lot of people have dove headfirst into the Adwords method, driving the cost of one Clickfunnels trial through the roof.
I’ve seen people paying upwards of $400 for a single click! Not a trial; a click.
Not sure about you, but that’s a little too rich for my blood.
Because of Adwords being so large, some people have turned to advertising on Bing.
Though Bing is not as popular as Google, bear in mind it’s still accountable for approximately 33 percent of all net traffic.
Recently if you have an Android phone, you might have noticed when clicking a link in your email, the URL opens in Bing instead of Google.
As a consequence of this, I’d expect Bing visitors into increase. So, it could be a great opportunity for Bing Ads. In actuality, I know of a few people that are very successful together.
This technique could work collectively with traffic that’s compensated , or as a stand alone entity.
First off, you have to have an email list built first. You want the list to be constructed having an audience interested in making money online (also known as the MMO market ).
Another audience that may do well as a Clickfunnels Affiliate, is if you have business contacts on your list. Especially people in a marketplace such as Health or Real Estate.
From that point you’d want to market Clickfunnels on your email followups. Rather that is by supplying a great deal of free value, or a lead magnet. Or, even a talk funnel, which we’ll discuss next.
Since it’s said that it takes someone around 7 times of seeing something on average, before they purchase; the goal here would be to keep showing them the value of Clickfunnels.
The final result will be that a certain proportion of individuals will end up taking the free trial of Clickfunnels. Once they do, provide them advice , or free tools to assist them along.
The end goal is obviously you need them to become a paying subscriber, where you would make a recurring commission for every month they remain. Solo Ad Mastery
This is a very effective method for getting Clickfunnels trials. The downside to it, is that you’ve got to be a Clickfunnels penis , and be decent at building a funnel.
What you will do, is drive visitors to a landing page, where you literally give away these funnels free of cost.
The goal here, is for people not to be Clickfunnels members , so they’ll need to join with your link, then import the funnel into their dashboard.
Not only does this work, it was the first strategy that really worked on me a year or so ago. This is a win-win ordinarily.
The new subscriber instantly includes a funnel, which has the potential to let them begin collecting trials immediately. Also at the exact same time, it lands the Clickfunnels user that supplied the funnel, new trials.
From that point, you would send some useful followup emails, with advice on the best way to land the traffic, and how to turn them into paying members.
Most likely, you may also be getting emails in the funnel builder. Because just like you’re trying to convert trials and your funnel, they’re attempting to convert you.
It’s not as easy as it sounds. Because in order for this to be effective, you have to get traffic of course. This could be accomplished by either paid traffic, email marketing or SEO; which we’ll talk about now.
For those of you that don’t know, SEO is my bread and butter.
Sure, it takes longer to start making progress. However, it involves little to no money to start .
The goal behind SEO, is to write high quality and helpful articles (like this one), that will rank in the search engines of Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.. .
While it takes some time to rank, once it does a great article can bring in traffic for a long time to come; with minimal maintenance .
This was my preferred method when beginning, since I did not want to sink a lot of money into paid traffic.
The con about compensated visitors, is that though it’s likely to get traffic fast, you need to constantly keep sinking money into ads, or the traffic stops.
You do not need to be worried about this with SEO.
Although I have not made a million dollars with Clickfunnels as an affiliate, all of my earnings are profit .
Here is a screenshot of my dash at the time of this writing.
I began getting Clickfunnels traffic around April of last year. So, about 9 weeks ago.
As you can see, I’ve earned almost 15k in Clickfunnels Affiliate commissions.
The great thing about SEO, is the manner that it begins to chemical once your website (s) start to rank.
If you are interested in how I learned SEO, you can take a look at the course I took here.
Last on my list, is solo ads.
Solo ads is one of the most popular approaches to building an email list.
You most likely won’t get any trials, possibly a stray 1 or two from conducting a solo ad. But, you should get a decent amount of optins to your listing.
From that point, you would use the email advertising method, to attempt to convert your new list subscribers into Clickfunnels trials. Solo Ad Mastery
With effective email marketing , this can be a excellent method to earn commissions in the long run.
The fantastic news about solo ads, is they’re a list where you will forever own.
You don’t own Google traffic. Or, Facebook traffic.
You do own your email list.
If Facebook shut down tomorrow, I know a whole lot of people personally, who’d be SOL.
Another incentive to solo ads, is that after you build your list, you can promote many different affiliate offers. It is not solely for Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels has its own Clickfunnels Affiliate training, called the Affiliate Bootcamp.
you may register here at no cost.
The motto behind this, is instructing you”How to Retire in 100 Days As a Clickfunnels Affiliate”.
Although I find that a bit extreme, it’s very informative, and can be very helpful if you choose to go through it.
To be able to do all the training, you will at least need to have the 14 day trial of Clickfunnels, which are available here.
If after 2 weeks of trialing, you do not feel like paying for it, Clickfunnels is simple to cancel. I have done it myself previously.
It is done through the dashboard, so there’s no need to have to talk to anybody about it, if you pick it is not for you.
So, as you can see – it can be quite rewarding as a Clickfunnels affiliate.
Like anything, you will find a range of people who fail. But if you simply do it, and tweak things as you go, you may be successful.
My advice for you would be to select one method which resonates with you, and master it. I see a good deal of individuals who stay stuck, because they divide their attention in too many directions.
This does not help you climb. It holds you back.
