Can You Make Money As a Clickfunnels Affiliate? Solo Ads Igor
While Clickfunnels may be the most popular sales funnel software ever, you often hear people talking about earning a lot of money as a Clickfunnels affiliate. But can you? Solo Ads Igor
Well, the answer is absolutely. However, not everybody will.
It all depends on what your skillset is, and how you go about promoting it.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Promotion Methods
In this article, I’ll lay out some of the basic ways people promote Clickfunnels as an affiliate. I’ve tried a couple of ways , and will share what works best for me.
First, let us lay out a few of the most common promotional procedures.
Please notethis is not all of the methods. But, being a part of many Clickfunnels Facebook groups, these are the methods I most commonly see cited .
- Facebook Ads
- Google Adwords
- Bing Ads
- Email Marketing
- Share Funnels
- Solo Advertising
Below, we will examine each method a bit more in depth. Hopefully this can help you choose which method best resonates with you.
One of the most common methods of boosting Clickfunnels as an affiliate, is to use Facebook Ads. Matter of fact, Clickfunnels teaches one to do this in their Affiliate Bootcamp.
Now, is this manner successful?
For me it wasn’t . I found that since this is educated in the bootcamp, it’s somewhat saturated. Envision tens of thousands of people, all running the same ad, for the identical product.
Essentially, that’s what it is. Now, some people offer a free lead magnet, to obtain an email address; and at the follow up try and get the customer to choose the free + shipping book offer.
This proves to be a much more effective strategy, if you are wanting to go the Facebook ad route.
Up next, is just another paid traffic source; Google Adwords.
Now, many individuals have made a ton of money as a Clickfunnels affiliate, using Adwords. The most popular and recognized Clickfunnels affiliate, is Spencer Mecham.
This is with good reason, seeing as he’s broken 1 million dollars as an affiliate. Solo Ads Igor
The down side to Google Adwords, is how competitive it is. Especially since the release of Spencer’s course Affiliate Secrets 2.0.
Due to the popularity of his course, many individuals have dove headfirst into the Adwords method, forcing the cost of one Clickfunnels trial through the roof.
I Have seen people paying upwards of $400 for a single click! Not a trial; a click.
Not sure about you, but that’s a little too rich for my blood.
For the reason of Adwords being so large, some folks have turned to advertising on Bing.
Though Bing isn’t as popular as Google, keep in mind it’s still accountable for around 33 percent of all internet traffic.
Recently if you have an Android phone, you might have noticed when clicking a link in your email, the URL opens in Bing rather than Google.
As a consequence of this, I would expect Bing visitors to rise. So, it may be a excellent opportunity for Bing Ads. In fact, I know of a few people who are extremely effective with them.
This technique could work in conjunction with paid visitors , or as a stand alone thing .
First off, you have to have an email list constructed first. You need the list to be constructed having an audience interested in making money online (also known as the MMO market ).
Another audience that may do well as a Clickfunnels Affiliate, is if you have business contacts on your listing. Especially people in a market such as Health or Real Estate.
From that point you would want to promote Clickfunnels in your email followups. Rather that’s by supplying a great deal of free value, or a lead magnet. Or, even a share funnel, which we will discuss next.
Since it’s said that it takes someone around 7 times of seeing something on average, before they buy; the goal here would be to keep showing them the value of Clickfunnels.
The end result is a certain proportion of individuals will end up taking the free trial of Clickfunnels. Once they do, supply them advice, or free tools etc to help them along.
The end goal is obviously you need them to become a paying subscriber, where you’d make a recurring commission for each month they stay. Solo Ads Igor
This is a very effective method of getting Clickfunnels trials. The downside to it, is that you’ve got to currently be a Clickfunnels member, and be decent at building a funnel.
What you will do, is drive visitors to a landing page, where you literally give away these funnels for free.
The purpose here, is for people to not be Clickfunnels associates , so they will have to join with your link, then import the funnel into their dashboard.
Not only does this job, it was the first strategy that actually worked a year or so ago. This is a win-win ordinarily.
The new subscriber instantly includes a funnel, which can possibly let them begin collecting trials immediately. Also at the same time, it lands the Clickfunnels user that supplied the funnel, new trials.
From there, you’d send some useful followup emails, with advice on how to land the visitors, and how to turn them into paying members.
Most likely, you will also be receiving mails from the funnel builder. Because just like you are trying to convert trials along with your funnel, they’re trying to convert you.
It is not as easy as it seems. Because in order for this to work, you have to get traffic of course. This could be done by paid traffic, email marketing or SEO; that we’ll talk about today.
For those of you that don’t know, SEO is my bread and butter.
Sure, it takes longer to start making progress. However, it involves little to no money to start .
The goal behind SEO, is to write high quality and useful articles (like this one), that will rank in the search engines of Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.. .
While it takes some time to rank, once it does a fantastic article can bring in traffic for years to come; using nominal maintenance .
This was my favorite method when starting out, because I did not want to sink a lot of cash into paid traffic.
The con about paid traffic , is that although it’s possible to get traffic quick, you need to constantly keep sinking money into ads, or the traffic stops.
You do not need to be worried about this with SEO.
Although I have not made a million bucks with Clickfunnels as an affiliate, all of my earnings are profit .
Here is a screenshot of my dash at the time of this writing.
I started getting Clickfunnels traffic around April of this past year. So, about 9 months ago.
As you can see, I’ve earned almost 15k in Clickfunnels Affiliate commissions.
The fantastic thing about SEO, is the manner that it starts to chemical once your site (s) start to rank.
If you are interested in how I heard SEO, you can have a look in the course I took here.
Last on my list, is solo advertisements.
Solo ads is one of the most popular strategies into building an email list.
You probably won’t get any trials, maybe a stray 1 or 2 from running a solo ad. Nonetheless, you should find a decent amount of optins to your listing.
From that point, you’d use the email advertising method, to attempt to convert your new list readers to Clickfunnels trials. Solo Ads Igor
With powerful email marketing, this may be a excellent method to earn commissions at the long run.
The fantastic news about solo ads, is that they are a list where you will forever own.
You do not own Google traffic. Or, Facebook traffic.
You do own your email list.
If Facebook shut down tomorrow, I know a lot of people , who’d be SOL.
Another incentive to solo ads, is that later you build your list, you can promote many different affiliate offers. It’s not solely for Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels has its own Clickfunnels Affiliate training, called the Affiliate Bootcamp.
You can enroll here at no cost.
The motto behind this, is instructing you”How to Retire in 100 Days As a Clickfunnels Affiliate”.
Though I find that a bit extreme, it’s very informative, and may be quite helpful if you decide to go through it.
In order to perform all the training, you will at least need to have the 14 day trial of Clickfunnels, which are available here.
If after 2 weeks of trialing, you do not feel like paying for it, Clickfunnels is simple to cancel. I’ve done it previously.
It’s done via the dashboard, so there’s no need to have to talk to anybody about it, should you pick it is not for you.
So, as you can see – it can be quite profitable as a Clickfunnels affiliate.
Like anything, there are a number of individuals who fail. But if you simply take action, and tweak things as you proceed, you will be successful.
My advice for you would be to select one method which resonates with you, and master it. I see that a lot of individuals who remain stuck, because they divide their attention in a lot of directions.
This doesn’t help you scale. It holds you back.
