Can You Make Money As a Clickfunnels Affiliate? Solo Ads Method
While Clickfunnels may be the most popular sales funnel software ever, you often hear people talking about earning plenty of money as a Clickfunnels affiliate. But can you? Solo Ads Method
Well, the answer is absolutely. But, not everyone will.
It all depends on what your skillset is, and how you go about promoting it.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Promotion Methods
In this article, I will lay out some of the basic ways people promote Clickfunnels as an affiliate. I’ve tried a couple of ways myself, and will share what works best for me.
First, let’s lay out some of the most popular promotional procedures.
Please notethis is not all of the methods. However, being a member of several Clickfunnels Facebook groups, these are the methods that I most commonly see mentioned.
- Facebook Advertising
- Google Adwords
- Bing Ads
- Email Marketing
- Share Funnels
- Solo Ads
Below, we will examine each method a bit more in depth. Hopefully this can help you decide which method best resonates with you.
One of the most common methods of boosting Clickfunnels as an affiliate, would be to use Facebook Advertising. Matter of fact, Clickfunnels educates you to do this in their Affiliate Bootcamp.
Now, is this way effective?
For me it was not . I found that because this is educated from the bootcamp, it is somewhat saturated. Imagine thousands of people, all running the same ad, for the identical product.
Essentially, that’s what it is. Now, some people offer a free lead magnet, to obtain an email address; and in the follow up try and get the customer to choose the free + shipping publication offer.
This ends up to be a much more effective strategy, if you’re wanting to go the Facebook advertisement route.
Up next, is just another paid traffic source; Google Adwords.
Now, lots of individuals have made a ton of cash as a Clickfunnels affiliate, using Adwords. The most popular and recognized Clickfunnels affiliate, is Spencer Mecham.
This is with good reason, seeing as he is broken 1 million dollars as an affiliate. Solo Ads Method
The down side to Google Adwords, is how aggressive it is. Especially since the launch of Spencer’s course Affiliate Secrets 2.0.
Due to the popularity of his course, a lot of individuals have dove headfirst into the Adwords method, forcing the cost of a single Clickfunnels trial through the roof.
I have seen people paying upwards of $400 for a single click! Not a trial; a click.
Not sure about you, but that is a little too rich for my blood.
For the reason of Adwords being large, some people have turned to advertising on Bing.
Though Bing is not as popular as Google, bear in mind it’s still accountable for approximately 33 percent of all net traffic.
Recently if you have an Android phone, you may have noticed when clicking a link in your email, the URL opens in Bing rather than Google.
As a result of the, I’d expect Bing visitors into increase. So, it may be a great chance for Bing Ads. In actuality, I know of a few individuals who are extremely successful with them.
This technique could work collectively with traffic that’s compensated , or as a stand alone thing.
First off, you need to have an email list constructed first. You want the list to be constructed having an audience interested in making money online (also referred to as the MMO market ).
Another audience that may do well as a Clickfunnels Affiliate, is if you have business contacts in your listing. Especially people in a market such as Health or Real Estate.
From there you’d want to promote Clickfunnels on your email followups. Rather that’s by supplying a great deal of free value, or a direct magnet. Or, even a share funnel, which we will discuss next.
Since it is said that it takes someone around 7 days of seeing something on average, before they purchase ; the goal here is to keep showing them the value of Clickfunnels.
The end result is a certain proportion of people may wind up taking the free trial of Clickfunnels. Once they do, offer them advice, or free tools to assist them along.
The end goal is obviously you want them to become a paying subscriber, where you’d create a recurring commission for every month they remain. Solo Ads Method
This is a very powerful method for getting Clickfunnels trials. The downside to it, is that you have to currently be a Clickfunnels member, and be adequate in building a funnel.
What you will do, is push traffic into a landing page, where you really give these funnels free of .
The goal here, would be for people not to be Clickfunnels associates already, so they will have to sign up with your link , then import the funnel in their dash.
Not only does this job, it was the first strategy that really worked a year or so ago. This is a win-win ordinarily.
The new subscriber instantly has a funnel, which can potentially allow them to start collecting trials instantly. Also at the identical time, it lands the Clickfunnels user that supplied the funnel, new trials.
From that point, you’d send some useful followup emails, with advice on the best way best to land the traffic , and how to turn them into paying members.
Most likely, you may also be getting mails in the funnel builder. Because just like you are trying to convert trials along with your funnel, they’re trying to convert you.
It is not as simple as it seems. Because in order for this to be effective, you need to get traffic naturally. This can be done by either paid traffic, email marketing or SEO; that we will talk about today.
For those of you that don’t understand, SEO is my bread and butter.
Sure, it takes longer to begin making progress. However, it involves little to no cash to start .
The goal behind SEO, is to write high quality and beneficial articles (such as this one), that will rank in the search engines of Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.. .
While it requires a while to rank, once it does a great article can bring in visitors for a long time to come; using minimal maintenance.
This was my preferred method when starting out, because I didn’t want to sink lots of cash into paid traffic.
The con about compensated traffic, is that though you may get traffic fast, you have to constantly keep sinking money into ads, or the traffic stops.
You do not need to be worried about this with SEO.
Though I have not made a million dollars with Clickfunnels as an affiliate, all of my earnings are profit .
Here is a screenshot of my dash at the time of this writing.
I started getting Clickfunnels traffic around April of this past year. So, about 9 weeks ago.
As you can see, I Have earned almost 15k in Clickfunnels Affiliate commissions.
The fantastic thing about SEO, is the manner that it starts to compound once your site(s) start to rank.
If you are curious about how I heard SEO, you can check out the class I took here.
Last on my list, is solo advertisements.
Solo ads is one of the most popular approaches to creating an email list.
You most likely won’t get any trials, maybe a stray 1 or 2 out of running a solo ad. But, you should find a decent quantity of optins to your list.
From that point, you’d utilize the email advertising method, to try and convert your new list readers to Clickfunnels trials. Solo Ads Method
With powerful email advertising , this may be a good way to earn commissions at the long run.
The fantastic news about solo ads, is that they are a list where you will forever own.
You do not own Google traffic. Or, Facebook traffic.
You do own your email list.
If Facebook shut down tomorrow, I know a lot of people personally, who’d be SOL.
Another incentive to solo ads, is that after you build your list, you can promote many different affiliate supplies. It is not solely for Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels has its own Clickfunnels Affiliate training, known as the Affiliate Bootcamp.
You can register here for free.
The motto behind this, is instructing you”How to Retire in 100 Days As a Clickfunnels Affiliate”.
Though I find that a bit extreme, it’s very informative, and may be very helpful if you decide to undergo it.
In order to perform all of of the training, you will at least have to have the 14 day trial of Clickfunnels, which are available here.
If after 2 weeks of trialing, you don’t feel like paying for it, Clickfunnels is simple to cancel. I have done it in the past.
It is done through the dashboard, so there is absolutely no need to have to talk to anyone about it, if you decide it is not for you.
So, as you can see – it could be quite rewarding as a Clickfunnels affiliate.
Like with anything, you will find a range of people who fail. However, if you simply do it, and tweak things as you proceed, you’ll be successful.
My advice to you is to select one method that resonates with you, and master it. I see that a lot of people who stay stuck, because they divide their attention in too many directions.
This does not help you scale. It holds you back.
